CHRISTOS D. PSARRAKIS

Christos D. Psarrakis is an attorney at law admitted to the Supreme Court and a founding and managing partner of «CHRISTOS D. PSARRAKIS & Associates Law Firm».

He holds an LLM on Civil law and an LLB degree from the Law School of the University of Athens. He has also studied Consumer Law at the University of Tubingen (Germany).

Christos has been practising law since 1998 and has gained vast experience in commercial  and civil litigation, conflict resolution of commercial and business-related claims and liability matters and profound knowledge in corporate, civil law and real estate. He has worked as legal counsel for OPAP Services S.A., EYDAP S.A., and has been Member of several Committees of OPAP S.A. and the Ministry of Sports.

He attends several legal conferences and has been serving as legal advisor for several business clients and companies (banks, hotel units, municipality authorities, listed companies, etc) and has obtained important skills in working under pressure and managing effectively risk and crisis. 

He works in Greek and in English and has a good understanding of German.

KIKI D. TSOUROU-PSARRAKIS

Kiki D. Tsourou-Psarrakis is an attorney at law admitted to the Supreme Court and an Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator by the Accreditation Committee of the Greek Ministry of Justice (Law 3898/2010).

She holds an LLM on both Civil and Labour law and an LLB degree from the Law School of the University of Athens. She has also studied European Law at the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) and Consumer Law at the University of Tubingen (Germany). She is a founding partner of «CHRISTOS D. PSARRAKIS & Associates Law Firm» and has been practising law since 1999.

She has long  experience in banking and employment, as well as in personal data protection. She attends legal seminars and conferences and is a trainer for bank employees on personal data protection issues.
Kiki has been an in house legal counsel at Bank Information Systems SA (TIRESIAS SA) since Feb. 2003. By working in a corporate/banking environment has the ability to come in contact with every day legal issues and practical matters, deal with great number of contract making and negotiations, manage legal risk and resolve crisis.

She works in Greek and in English and has a good understanding of German and Italian.

She participates in annual legal congresses.
